Handymen Wanted — Steady Weekly Work Orders, Net-3 Pay (Seattle)

Renova is hiring handymen and repair techs for ongoing work orders on single-family rental properties across Seattle. This is recurring vendor work, not one-off gigs — our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round, and we assign them to a small, committed vendor bench.

Typical work: general repairs, drywall & paint, door/lock changes, fixture swaps, flooring patches, appliance install, trash-outs, landscaping.

Pay: Net-3 after completed work and invoice — via ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. Material support available for established vendors.

Our commitment: consistent weekly assignments for vendors who deliver on time. Reliable vendors get priority dispatch and first call on larger jobs. Your commitment: quality workmanship, fast response, clean documentation on every job.

Requirements: general liability insurance, own truck & tools, smartphone for photo documentation.
