Handymen Wanted — Weekly SFR Work Orders, Net-3 Pay (Colorado Springs)

Renova is hiring handymen and repair techs for recurring work orders on single-family rental properties across Colorado Springs. Our clients send maintenance and turnover orders year-round; we assign them to a small, committed vendor bench — this is repeat work, not one-off gigs.

Typical work: general repairs, drywall & paint, door/lock changes, fixture swaps, flooring patches, appliance install, trash-outs, landscaping.

Pay: Net-3 after completed work and invoice — ACH, QuickBooks, or Zelle. Material support available for established vendors.

Requirements: general liability insurance, own truck & tools, smartphone.
