NOW HIRING – LABOR HAND (JULY 2026)
Need a job and a place to stay while you work?
If you’re a hard-working man looking for steady work, TEXT ME.
This is NOT a temporary, come-and-go job. We’re looking for someone to join our small paving crew.
PAY
- $125 CASH per work day. MORE CAN BE MADE AS YOU GET BETTER AT JOB!!!
- Average 5 days a week (Some weeks 4, some weeks 6.)
- We buy your lunch every work day.
This is OUTSIDE labor in the HOT Texas sun.
You will be:
- Shoveling
- Raking gravel
- Cleaning up job sites
- Working on a paving crew
PLACE TO STAY
If you need a place to live while you’re working, we will pay for your hotel. You will share a room with another crew member.
REQUIREMENTS
- Physically fit and able to perform hard labor in the Texas heat.
- Able to shovel, rake, lift, bend, walk, and stay on your feet all day.
- Able to move quickly and safely around an active job site.
- Dependable and ready to work.
This is HOT, HARD, PHYSICAL WORK.
If you can’t handle working outside in the Texas heat or you’re looking for an easy paycheck, this job is NOT for you.
We’re looking for someone who shows up every day, works hard, and earns their pay.
