Hardscape/Paver/Retaining Wall Installer Needed

The Turf Guys is looking for a laborer with hardscape and paver installation experience. Bonus if you have turf installation experience, but not necessary. We are a growing business based out of Edmonds, WA and want people to grow with our team. We offer full medical and dental benefits, competitive wages, and a PTO package. Must be able to do the following:

• Perform quality hardscape, paver, and retaining wall installations
•Use installation tools safely and effectively. Examples: measuring devices, power tools, drills, saws, blowers, grading equipment and compactors, hand tools, tractors, forklifts, etc.

• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend throughout the entire shift.
• Maintain a productive, fun, and safe approach to physical work.
• Proficient in all base work, perimeter board, grading, slant/slope of base, drainage, and stone base compaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and use creative installation solutions. You must be able to think!
• Willing to perform multiple tasks with the ability to problem-solve.
• Ensure company vehicles are used correctly by all crew members.
• Solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a positive attitude for engaging customers. Must understand that the customer is always right.
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and organized.
• Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites. (Valid/Clean Washington State Drivers License)
• Transport materials and supplies to projects as needed.

Monday-Friday work schedule, no weekend work
