Hardscaper / Paver Installer

BlackRidge Improvements is looking for an experienced hardscaper / paver installer to join our growing team. We work throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania on residential outdoor improvement projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work.

Typical Work Includes:

• Paver patios and walkways
• Bluestone patios and walkways
• Retaining and sitting walls
• Steps, landings, and porch areas
• Excavation and base preparation
• Grading, drainage, and compaction
• Polymeric sand installation
• Paver and natural stone repairs/resetting
• Concrete edge restraint
• General landscape construction

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous hardscaping experience
• Understands proper excavation, pitch, base preparation, and compaction
• Can lay pavers accurately and make clean cuts
• Is comfortable working with natural stone/bluestone
• Can operate compactors, saws, and other hardscape equipment
• Skid steer/mini skid steer experience is a plus
• Can read measurements and follow project layouts
• Shows up reliably and works well with a crew
• Takes pride in clean, professional finished work
• Has reliable transportation
• Has a valid driver’s license

We’re especially interested in someone who can work independently once a project is laid out and who has the experience to recognize when something isn’t being built correctly.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and capabilities. Higher pay is available for someone who can demonstrate strong hardscape skills and take responsibility on the jobsite.

Schedule: Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday. Outdoor construction work is weather dependent.

Location: Projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
