Hardscapes Construction Laborer

Final Flight Landscaping is hiring a dependable and hardworking Hardscape Construction Laborers to join our teams. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with retaining walls, excavation, and other hardscape projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of retaining walls, and other hardscape features
Prepare jobsites through excavation, grading, base installation, and compaction
Load, unload, move, and organize block, pavers, gravel, tools, and other materials
Use hand tools, power tools, compactors, concrete saws, and construction equipment
Assist equipment operators and crew leads as directed
Complete demolition, cleanup, and final jobsite preparation
Maintain clean and organized jobsites, vehicles, tools, and equipment
Follow all company safety procedures
Work cooperatively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

-Previous landscaping, hardscape, excavation, or construction experience preferred
-Willingness to learn hardscape construction skills and installation methods
-Dependable, motivated, and able to follow directions
-Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Ability to lift and carry heavy construction materials
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
-Strong attendance and punctuality are required
Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude on jobsites

Schedule: Full-time, seasonal construction position. Monday through Friday with overtime - ( plowing options for winter are available )
