Description
Established local hardwood flooring company with 30+ years in business looking for a dependable helper to assist with hardwood floor sanding and refinishing.
This is a skilled trade, not general construction labor. The right person can learn a trade and move up.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Your own reliable vehicle (not shared)
- Dependable and on time
- Able to follow directions and work hard
Hardwood floor sanding experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.
Note: Plumbing, sheetrock, framing, painting, etc. does not equal hardwood floor sanding experience. This is a specialized trade using drum sanders and edgers.
Pay
Starting at $23 per hour, with increases based on reliability and ability.
Most work is in New Orleans, Uptown, Metairie, and surrounding areas.
