Hardwood, LVP Installer

Journeyman Hardwood/LVP Installer to work on my crew. We work with pre finished materials. The Journeyman Installer knows how to prep floors, moisture test, install base and shoe with tight outside corners/miters (no caulking corners), start layouts, direct apprentices, work efficiently and clean, undercut fireplaces, follow direction and work within limits of company policy regarding quality workmanship. We typically have 5 on our crew. 2 Installers and 3 Apprentices. Installer’s must have verifiable work history as an “Installer” from a flooring company. No drug policy. 25-35 hr plus overtime pay. Matching 401k. Not a subcontract position.
