Heating & Air Conditioning Installers (Residential) (Lead Tech)

We are one of the last locally owned shops left in San Diego. We are still owned and operated by a local Family. We are looking for Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Lead Installers to be here year round. We don't layoff our Install crews after the summer like some other companies. We pay our installers a high hourly rate instead of performance based pay like "piece pay". We found it to be more transparent and beneficial for the employee. We still have the family feel that most companies have lost. People often come to us looking for a job. Job Requirements

• Ability to Install Central Unitary and Ductless HVAC equipment from start to fire-off.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Lead Installer
• Ability to manage and train apprentice/helper.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date and properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Most Importantly, have a well rounded knowledge of the building codes.
