Pay depends on experience, accuracy of diagnosis, fixing it right the first time, spotting and preventing potential problems, speed, if you are on time and availability to get things fixed fast.

Located in Willis tx.

Duties

Maintenance and repair of Heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, maintain shop and yard, wash vehicles, dump trash cans, maintain a clean and organized work area. Work are is 2000 square ft shop, 3 40ft containers and 2 acres.
Tools will be put away exactly where they go and clean at the end of every day, No exceptions. If equipment is running you will have it serviced, loaded, fueled up ready to work before you leave for the day.

If equipment is down, no days off until it's running.
