D&M Development is hiring skilled operators ONLY for full‑time, year‑round work.

Dozer • Excavator • Backhoe

REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS):

10+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Must live in Middle TN (no relocation, no per diem)
Reliable transportation
Strong safety record
Must pass an on‑site skills test
