• Can pass a drug screen
• Willing to learn

• Teachable attitude and work well with our superintendents
• Must have reliable transportation to our yard in Colorado Springs
• Must have a valid address- No out of state addresses accepted
• Must be hirable in Colorado
• Sewer/Water Utility experience
• Must have proper identification to work
• Must be healthy with no physical issues, and be able to lift 50-100#s
• Must be able to read and understand grade staking and able to finish grade +/- 0.10'
• Employee will have a job description we can both mutually agree to, prior to starting work
• Must be able to perform safely and have a proven safety record
