What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating construction or earthmoving equipment
• Background in construction, excavation, or related industries
• CDL or Heavy Equipment Operator Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina for demanding job site conditions
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Familiarity with GPS equipment and operations

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, backhoes, excavators, compactors, haul trucks, and cranes
• Perform pre-use checks and routine maintenance inspections
• Follow blueprints, site plans, and safety procedures
• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and crews
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Assist with physical tasks (lifting/pushing/pulling over 60 lbs when required)
• Work in varying weather conditions and environments
