Heavy Equipment Operator – Excavation & Grading

Local excavation and grading company seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated operator with strong experience running loaders and excavators in residential and commercial site work environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• Experience operating excavators, loaders, and other grading equipment
• Hillside excavation and grading experience preferred
• Ability to read grades and work efficiently with crews onsite
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and jobsite awareness
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Typical Work Includes:

• Site grading
• Pad preparation
• Hillside excavation
• Loading/export/import operations
• Finish and rough grading support
