Position Available: Heavy Equipment Operator / General Laborer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery
• Load and Transport machinery form site to site
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Work closely with site supervisors to meet project goals
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with site prep, cleanup, and material handling
• Help others where needed when you are not operating machinery
• Support equipment operators and tradespeople
• Use hand and power tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• The ability to lift 35 lbs.+ and stand for an extended period
