Heavy Equipment Operator/ Loader

We are looking for an experienced equipment operator to load construction debris into trailer, dump trucks, and roll-off containers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large excavator (John Deere 350, John Deere 210, Hitachi 300) on demolition sites.
• Operate large excavator to load construction and demolition debris efficiently into dump trucks, trailers, and roll-off containers.
• Load, unload, and move materials around the job site.
• Sort materials (wood, concrete, metal) as required for disposal or recycling.
• Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on the equipment.
• Follow all site safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong focus on job site safety.
• Experience demo work is a plus
