Heavy Equipment Operator – Loader / Gannon

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Heavy Equipment Operator who understands how to build pads, rough grading, final grading, and etc. (Loader, Gannon, Skid Steer, Etc.)

You’ll be responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining machinery, following safety protocols, and assisting with site tasks to ensure high-quality project completion.

Requirements:

Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license

Experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, gannon, skid steers, excavators, etc.)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Ability to read plans and specifications
Ability to use a rotary laser & read grade stakes
Willingness to take initiative and adapt to job site needs

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain heavy equipment

Keep the job site clean and organized
Monitor and report machine conditions
Assist with various site duties (grading, dust control, etc.)
Follow all safety protocols and maintain clear communication
