• Heavy Equipment Operators

In addition to Durham, Ruston Paving, which has been in business since 1943, operates divisions in Greensboro, NC; Manassas and Richmond, VA; Syracuse, Rochester and Watertown, NY. Individuals applying for operator positions must have prior experience. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Potential candidates must also pass a drug test, criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.

Wages are based on experience. Compensation package will also include:
