Heavy Welding and Fabrication

Looking for either a welder helper or fully self sufficient welder.
Mainly mobile repair and some shop
Welding repair includes heavy earth moving equipment, trailers, other types of machinery/components...etc

I dont have much time to train or baby sit.

Welding procedures include Mig,Stick,Tig,Fluxcore and a lot of Arc gouging.
ALL POSITIONS!!! (Im not interested in your 1g stick certification)
ALL DIFFERENT HEAT RANGES.
ALL DIFFERENT THICKNESS.

Pay $30-50hr
