Helical Pier & Foundation Drilling Foreman

Construction company is hiring an experienced Helical Pier & Foundation Drilling Foreman to lead foundation repair, underpinning, and deep foundation projects.
Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience installing helical piers and foundation underpinning systems.
• Minimum 7 years of foundation drilling experience.
• Experience supervising construction crews.
• Ability to read structural and engineering plans.
• Experience operating drilling rigs, excavators, and helical installation equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on foundation projects.
• Operate and oversee drilling and helical installation equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and customers.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Maintain quality control and job documentation.
