Laborer / Helper needed told work is picking up!

Window/ door replacement residential homes

So I drive up from BonneTerre every morning 67 to 55 to Arnold pick up my trailer ( if you live in route can pick you up) to 270 & page [warehouse] where load up jobs. Then go anywhere from Wentzville to O'Fallon IL down to Festus
I am looking for someone who actually wants to work. Physical labor.

Skills needed but not limited to

Common sense. Lift and carry 70lbs read a tape measure and level. Use basic power tools saw/drill
Polite/Respectful (yes sir no mam with customers) Respect their property!! Can you pass a background check? I don't really care but some customers do before entering their home please just be honest so we can figure something out before its a problem Reliable/ dependable I schedule 3 to 6 weeks out need to know if gonna have help so know how much to schedule how long should take.

I have been in business for over 20 years I can usually pay between 160 to 200 a day cash to start then 1099 once constant. Usally between 3 to 9 hr work day. Jobs very. Now I get paid peace work. Per window Per door so more we do more we can make But Quality does matter!!
