HELP WANTED – CONSTRUCTION HELPER / LABORER

Advantage Contracting is looking to add a motivated and dependable helper to our team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and wants an opportunity to grow with an established remodeling company.
Experience in construction is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important. We are willing to train the right person.
What we are looking for:

• Motivated, reliable, and ready to work
• Eager to learn the construction and remodeling trades
• Able to listen, follow instructions, and work well with our team
• Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation
• Good knowledge of the North Jersey area
• Comfortable driving to different job locations as needed
• Someone looking for more than just a temporary job and interested in growing with the company
