Elite Cleveland Handyman is looking for an experienced rehab / handyman technician to assist with company rehab properties and paid residential repair projects.
This is steady project-based work for someone who already knows how residential rehab actually flows.
This is NOT an entry-level or helper role.

Typical Work Includes:
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior painting and trim work
- Door installation and hardware
- Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile)
- Light plumbing and electrical fixture installs
- Punch-list and rehab work
Compensation:
- Per-project pay (not hourly)
- Typical earnings: $200–$300 per day
- Paid promptly
- No chasing customers
- Steady workflow for reliable contractors
