🪵 High-End Custom Cabinet Crew - Small Shop, Big Standards (Dripping Springs)

We build high-end residential cabinetry for some of the coolest homes in Austin. We’re a small, tight-knit team that actually gives a shit about what we produce.

We’re professionals, but we don’t do the "corporate" thing. We’re a group of authentic, hard-working people who love the craft and enjoy showing up to the shop every day. If you’re looking for a place where you can be yourself, work with your hands, and take real pride in the finished product, we want to hear from you.

The Roles We’re Filling:

Cabinet Apprentice: No experience? No problem. If you have a high attention to detail and want to learn the art of high-end finishing from the ground up, we’ll pay you to learn.

Starting at $17+/hr (DOE)

The Logistics:

Summer Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Location: Our shop is in Dripping Springs.

Pay & Perks:

• We do real employment (W2, not 1099) with paid overtime.
• Health Insurance available at 90 days.
• Retirement Plan, Paid Sick & Vacation available after 1 year.

Are You Our People?

We don’t care where you come from as long as you’re dependable, adaptable, and care about the details. You should be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, have reliable transportation, and a phone that actually receives texts. A truck and your own tools are a plus, but not a dealbreaker. All genders are welcome here!
