HIGH END CUSTOM CABINET BUILDER

We are looking to add a builder to our custom cabinet shop team. We work with several large builders, general contractors and designers in the area and have consistent work. We have a happy crew here who all work very well together. Please see the list below for some of the qualifications and job responsibilities we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:
drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret drawings, and specifications to plan and execute builds

Fabrication Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery, including power saws, sanders, routers, and nailers.

Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards throughout the fabrication process, ensuring accurate measurements, precise cuts, and clean finishes.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve fabrication issues, ensuring projects stay on track.

Communication: Communicate effectively with the owner and other team members.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: significant experience with custom millwork and custom woodworking shop environment.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and fabrication methods.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Safety: Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
Knowledge of Equipment: Knowledge of various commercial woodworking machines and hand tools
