High-End Finish Carpenters Needed

We are currently seeking experienced High-End Finish Carpenters to join our team on custom residential projects throughout Newport, RI and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience working in high-end homes where attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinetry, built-ins, trim, crown molding, baseboards, doors, and hardware
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Perform precise finish work with a high level of craftsmanship
• Work independently and alongside a team to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience
• Experience in high-end residential construction required
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and finish materials
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and accurately
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools required, additional applicable tools a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members

What We Offer:

• $28-35+/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, long-term work
