High-end residential Foreman electrician wanted

HELP WANTED – ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Established high-end residential electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and encourage others
• Ability to learn, accept direction, and implement company standards while leading with confidence, certainty, and compassion
• Extensive knowledge of high-end residential wiring methods and electrical codes
• Ability to independently remove, replace, and retrofit 100A–200A service panels
• Strong communication skills with project supervisors and customers
• Clean driving record
• Drug-free
• No drama, excuses, or excessive supervision required

*Must be able to work alone and with others.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40.00 per hour
• One week paid vacation
• Five paid holidays per year

*Guaranteed hours and OC work only
