H&B Const is looking for an experienced high-end residential painter who takes pride in producing exceptional work. We are not looking for average production painters. We want someone who delivers clean, smooth, professional finishes every time.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of residential painting experience
Interior and exterior painting
Expert prep work (masking, sanding, caulking, patching, priming)
Clean, crisp cut lines
Smooth wall and trim finishes
Experience spraying, back rolling, brushing, and rolling
Knowledge of high-end finishes on trim, cabinets, doors, and walls
Attention to detail with minimal punch list items
Requirements (No Exceptions):
Must have your own painting tools and equipment
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance
Able to work independently or with our crew
Must keep a clean, organized job site
Show up on time every day
No shortcuts—quality is more important than speed
Work Includes:
Custom homes
Home additions
Full interior repaints
Exterior repaints
Trim, doors, baseboards, and cabinets
Drywall repairs and texture blending before paint
