High-Rise Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment communities, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and delivering exceptional service to residents. In this role, you'll work on a variety of tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, general repairs, apartment turns, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in apartment homes and common areas
✅ Completing service requests in a timely manner
✅ Preparing apartments for new residents
✅ Maintaining curb appeal and community grounds
✅ Participating in emergency on-call rotations
✅ Performing preventative maintenance and inspections of building systems
✅ Working alongside a team committed to resident satisfaction and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
✔ Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in on-call rotations
✔ Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
