Highly experienced flooring installer

Seeking Skilled flooring installer with Baseboard install experience.

Must be very skilled in engineered hardwood install, hardwood, laminate and LVP. Carpet tile a plus..
must be able to self level, floor prep, self suffcient,
High performer. Train others if needed, show up on job sites on time with materials. Future leader ship position will be created and elevated for this role.

Salary plus project bonuses… starting at 5K a month.
2500 paid on the 1st and the 15th. Bonuses paid after project analysis on the first week of following month. (All around project success)
