Highly Skilled Trim Carpenter (short term 1099 w/ license+insurance)

COMPANY :

We are a well established but small General Contracting firm that has been operating since 2003. We focus only on high-end residential construction (large scale remodels) in both Marin and San Francisco (Pacific Heights and Presidio Heights). Our project values range from $5mm to $15mm+. As such, we look to only hire the very best of the best.
Currently we need a skilled and experienced trim carpenter on one of our projects in Pacific Heights (SF).

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED :

As a prerequisite you must be licensed, bonded and insured.
We are looking to work with someone with expertise with installing doors, windows, casing, exterior trim and crown in a Victorian style home.
For greater consideration, please let us know if you are experienced at installing cabinets, complex stain grade crown, stair railing, performing fine woodwork projects (ie saunas, stain grade trim) etc. You should be a lead level carpenter and need minimal layout from a superintendent.
Please let us know how many years of experience you have had specific to this type of work and which other GCs you have worked for in the past.

COMPENSATION:

Our rate of pay depends squarely on the experience and skill you can perform at. We currently pay our 1099 carpenters in the range of $60-$85/hr depending on ability.
