Hiring: (1) Experienced Carpenter/Drywaller & (1) Handyman

Looking for two dependable people for fairly regular PT hourly work over the next 6 months.

1. Handyman — $20–$25/hour, depending on skills
Moving materials, organizing, cleanup, and helping with construction projects. Construction experience is useful, but work ethic reliability, willingness to learn matter most.

2. Experienced carpenter/drywall person — $35–$45/hour, depending on experience
Carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and general renovation work. Looking for someone who can work independently and produce solid work. Please specify whether you have experience hanging drywall, taping/finishing, or both.
