Hiring 2 Multi-Trade Bathroom Installers - $22-50/HR + Bonuses

California Bathrooms | San Diego County | Full-Time W-2

We are looking for two experienced bathroom installers who take pride in their work and can step in and contribute right away.

We’re a locally owned bathroom remodeling company serving San Diego County. We install bathrooms for Home Depot customers and our own homeowners, with a strong focus on shower and tub replacements.

We have work ready to install. Need team oriented people who show up, know their trades, treat homeowners with respect, and follow through.

The more you can do and the better you do i the more you can earn. Quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and the ability to lead a job site will be rewarded.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Depending on your skills and the project:

• Demolition and protection of the homeowner’s property
• Framing, blocking, and preparing straight, plumb walls
• Shower waterproofing and substrate installation
• Setting shower bases and tubs
• Installing solid surface shower walls
• Plumbing fixture and valve installation
• LVP/LVT flooring installation
• Installing vanities, countertops, mirrors, and accessories
• Trim carpentry and finish work
• Light bathroom electrical work and exhaust fan replacements within your experience and assigned scope
• Keeping the job clean, organized, and moving
• Communicating with homeowners and our office
• Final walkthroughs and completing the punch list

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to know every trade listed. You do need solid hands-on experience and an honest understanding of what you can handle.

Strong candidates can:

• Complete quality work without someone watching every move
• Plan ahead and catch problems before they become callbacks
• Lead a helper and keep the project on track
• Ask questions when something isn’t right
• Own a mistake and fix it
• Work well with the rest of the team
• Respect that we’re working inside someone’s home

If you can run a bathroom remodel from demo through the final walkthrough, we want to talk to you.

We’ll train you on our products and installation standards. Bring your skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $22–$50 per hour, based on demonstrated skills and experience
• Bonus incentives
• Full-time W-2 employment

The upper end of the pay range is for someone who brings strong skills across multiple trades, consistently delivers quality work, and can lead jobs efficiently.

SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Primarily Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Occasional weekend availability
• Job sites throughout San Diego County
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable attendance and professional homeowner communication
