Hiring an experienced construction laborer / skilled carpenter

We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced in residential construction who is comfortable working on a variety of remodeling and construction projects.

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

Framing and general carpentry

Drywall installation and repair
Siding
Deck construction
Doors and windows
Finish work
Demolition
General residential remodeling
Other skilled construction trades

What we're looking for:

Prior hands-on construction experience

Reliable and able to show up consistently and on time
Able to work independently as well as with a crew
Comfortable using standard construction tools and equipment
Good attention to detail and quality of work
Willing to perform both skilled trade work and general construction tasks as needed
Reliable transportation to job sites

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and capabilities and will be discussed directly with qualified applicants.
