Hiring Automotive Smog Technicians

We are looking to hire a smog technician for our smog shop in Roseville. We are a trusted star certified test only station. We offer competitive pay based on experience and customer service. New smog technicians and veteran technicians are welcome. Looking to hire a full time employee. Part time will also be considered.

Job entails:

Full time hours
Hourly Pay based on experience
Tips are earned by the technician daily

Requirements:

Valid Smog technician license
Valid drivers license
Good attitude, neat appearance, good work ethic

Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the store
Greeting customers
Friendly and respectful attitude with customers
Performing smog inspections using the Bar OIS and Bar97 emissions analyzer
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Invoice write up and point of sales transactions
General clean up of the shop, office, and lobby

You will be working with a receptionist or another smog technician each day. The receptionist will handle most of the office work including checking in customers, answering phones, and setting appointments. We would like you to be able to help out with these duties if needed.

Hours of operation are 8am - 6pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday hours are 9am - 4pm
