HIRING AUTOMOTIVE WORKING FOREMAN/ SHOP MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Working Foreman or Shop Manager to lead our automotive repair operation. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong mechanical background combined with excellent customer service and organizational skills.

An ideal candidate can diagnose and repair vehicles while also managing daily shop operations, scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs, ordering parts, and communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
-Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and quality control checks

• Schedule customer appointments and manage workflow
• Create and manage repair orders
• Provide estimates and explain repairs
• Order parts and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor parts inventory and ensure repairs are completed effeciently
• Maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience managing shop operations or leading technicians preffered
• Ability to write estimates and repair orders
• Knowledge of automotive repair software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ASE Certifications are a plus
