💰 $17–$20/HOUR
⏰ OVERTIME: 1.5X PAY

We are currently seeking experienced Punch Carpenters and Skilled Make-Ready Workers to join our team.

🛠️ JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Punch Carpentry
• Touch-Up Painting
• Drywall — Float, Tape & Texture
• Trim Adjustment & Repair
• Appliance Installation
• Safety Rail Installation
• Rough Carpentry

🔧 MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS:

Tools may include:

• Circular Saw
• Drill
• Hammer
• Putty Knives
• Sheetrock Knife
• Tape Measure
• Level
• Safety Harness
• Other Miscellaneous Hand & Power Tools

✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Previous construction experience required

• Own tools required
• Reliable transportation
• Two forms of identification required
