Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanics & Installers Needed

$500 Sign-On Bonus | $22-$30/HR | Overtime Available | Long-Term Projects

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring **Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanics, HVAC Installers, and Top Helpers** for long-term commercial construction projects. If you're an experienced installer looking for steady work, competitive pay, and excellent benefits, we want to hear from you!

Pay: Starting at $22-$30/hour (Based on experience)

We're Looking For Mechanics Who Can:

• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Install square, rectangular, and spiral duct systems
• Hang ductwork, install VAV boxes, dampers, diffusers, and grilles
• Set rooftop units, air handlers, and other HVAC equipment
• Fabricate and modify ductwork as needed
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Maintain a safe and productive job site

**Journeyman mechanics should have 5+ years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC installation experience. Top Helpers should have commercial construction experience and a willingness to learn.**
