HIRING – CONCRETE REPAIR & WATERPROOFING TECHNICIANS (Phoenix)

Southwest Contractor Staffing is hiring experienced Concrete Repair & Waterproofing Technicians for upcoming work in Phoenix.

Position Requirements

• OSHA‑30 Certified
• 2–5 years' experience in concrete repair, patching, coatings, and waterproofing
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have your own PPE
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have basic hand tools required for the trade
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Responsibilities

• Surface preparation, concrete repair, patching, grinding, expanding, pouring, spreading, setting, sealing, aligning and leveling concrete
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA standards at all times
• Inspect work areas and ensure quality workmanship
• Work independently and with a crew to complete daily tasks

Must be proficient in:
● ADA Ramps
● Curb and gutter/sidewalk
● Catch basin headwalls
● Power Curber machine runs
● Catch basins
● PCCP/ADOT repairs
