Nova Construction Services is a leading exterior building renovation contractor serving New York City. We are seeking to hire for multiple field positions across active job sites. We're looking for reliable, safety-minded tradespeople to join our team.

Open Positions:

Helper

Scaffold Mechanic
Welder
Roofer
Foreman
Sheet Metal Worker
Field Supervisor

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in your trade preferred (varies by role, helpers are welcome with limited experience)
Reliable transportation to NYC job sites
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a crew
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Physical ability to lift, climb, and stand for extended periods

Certifications (Required*; varies by role):

OSHA 10/30

Suspended Scaffold (16hr/32hr)
Supported Scaffold (4hr/32hr)
NYC Site Safety Training (SST) Card (40hr/62hr)
Worker Wallet Card

Foreman/Field Supervisor Roles:

Additional requirements include prior supervisory experience, ability to read blueprints/plans, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing crew safety and productivity on site.
