Job description
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and controlling demo, rebuild, and repairs. Complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that crew teams work in safe environments.
Responsibilities:
Must be hands on in the construction process
Residential construction experience in renovations
Knowledge of construction process and have worked in this field.
Knowledge of current building codes, a plus
Knowledge of construction standards.
Estimating projects.
Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Provide budgets, schedules, procedures and subcontractor work scope.
approve material and subcontractor invoices.
Create the necessary subcontractor teams to perform projects.
Develop relationships with subcontractors.
Strong focus on quality
Ability to plan and organize
Reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills
Maintain and turn in all required paperwork to designated person.
Able to work independently and give clear and concise direction to a team.
Able to punch-out a job
Uphold all company safety policies.
Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Valid Driver's License
Must be willing to travel within the State of Florida
Authorized to work in the United States

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
5 years of experience in Roofing/Construction and Customer Service experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or computable experience
Ability to maneuver/climb a ladder and walk on a roof and construction sites
Ability to motivate and direct the actions of others
Excellent knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Must be able to execute a wide range of small repairs
Outstanding communication skills
Client management
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary starting at $75,000 based on experience
