Hiring couple guys for bathroom remodeling—long term

This position can be long term for the right candidates. Looking for couple guys who have some remodeling experience, and willingness to learn more. Will train. This position will require to tear out existing tubs or showers down to studs. Hang drywall. No mudding required. Size and attach new shower panels, assemble and install shower head and trim, install shower door, silicone all joints, clean up. Ability to haul away debris is a plus. Plumbing experience is a super plus. Out of town work occasionally, with mileage, hotel and per diem compensation. Must have own tools and transportation. All materials for the job will be provided.
Compensation is DOE. Ideally looking for sub, but can possibly do w-2.
