Hiring Expansion Joint Sealing Crew

**HIRING – PT/FT: Expansion Joint Sealing Crew ($20–$25/hr)**

Looking for 1–2 reliable guys for residential driveway work, Texas heat and all.

We remove old wooden expansion joints from concrete driveways and reseal them properly — keeps water out, prevents erosion under the slab. It's clean, detail-oriented work. Not demo, not hardcore construction. We'll train you.

**What matters more than experience:**

• You show up and follow through
• You communicate well
• You're respectful with homeowners
• You care about clean lines, not just "good enough"
• You can work outside without melting

**The work:**

• Remove old wood joints
• Clean/prep the concrete
• Install backer rod
• Apply self-leveling sealant clean and even
• Leave the site looking sharp

**Pay:** $20–$25/hr, with day totals typically landing $75–$325 depending on scope and how efficient/dialed-in you are.

Starts part-time, turns full-time fast for the right person.

• Early career and want to actually learn a trade
• A former athlete (discipline transfers)
• Self-motivated, don't need to be babysat
