Hiring experience : Painter , Carpenter/ Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Punchwork Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and necessary tools, along with a comprehensive understanding of Section 8 guidelines for both apartment and residential properties. Responsibilities will include completing turnaround projects to prepare units for occupancy. Please submit a concise summary of your relevant work experience. Painters will be compensated on a piecework basis; for example, an 800 square foot unit will be paid per square foot for labor. This is a 1099 position, and materials will be provided. A minimum of five years of experience in commercial apartment maintenance is required. Consistent work will be available throughout the year for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and quality craftsmanship.

Please note that consistent attendance and proficient work performance are essential. Failure to meet these expectations will result in immediate dismissal.

Weekly compensation will be disbursed on Fridays via 1099. We are a diverse workforce, and all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals who can commence work the following week.
