EXPERIENCED ASPHALT SALESMAN/ESTIMATOR

Advantage Unlimited Paving is looking for an experienced Asphalt Salesman/Estimator

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Five or more years of estimating experience in asphalt paving, concrete, grading, site work, or closely related self-perform construction.
• The ability to take a bid from plans or quantities all the way to a finished proposal on your own.
• Familiarity with the Southern California paving market and a solid track record of building and keeping customer relationships.
• Comfort with digital takeoff and estimating software, spreadsheets, and staying organized across multiple active bids.
• Good written and verbal communication and the ability to travel to site walks and customer meetings around Southern California.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

- Public-works estimating experience, prevailing-wage and DIR knowledge, Greenbook or Caltrans experience, and familiarity with sourcing and comparing regional vendor and subcontractor quotes.

POSITION DETAILS

• Employment type: SALARY
• Base pay:$75,000 PER YEAR PLUS COMMISSION
• Benefits : HEALTHCARE, 401K
