2+ years of deck or framing experience

Must have your own tools, truck/trailer, and crew (or work solo with speed/efficiency)

Must carry general liability insurance and worker’s comp (or be exempt)

Good communication and professionalism – we treat clients and subs with respect

Ability to read plans and build to code
