Hiring EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLERS AND TECHNICIANS (Sterling, VA)

Sterling based COMMERCIAL HVAC company is looking to add experienced HVAC technicians and installers to our rapidly growing company.

1. HVAC INSTALLERS POSITION:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Installing heating , air conditioning , ventilation and refrigeration equipment
• Installing ductwork and refrigeration lines
• Perform material take offs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• - At least 2 years of experience of installing all types of mechanical and HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings
• Holding a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Great driving record ( MVR record will be checked to ensure compliance with insurance requirements)
• EPA and OSHA certifications are a great plus
• Effective verbal/written communication in English
• Effective customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
• AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA

2. HVAC TECHNICIAN POSITION:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Performing diagnostics and repair on various heating /cooling systems. Knowledge of commercial systems is essential.
• Commercial equipment start ups and commissioning
• Performing take offs for new equipment installations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
• Experience dealing with commercial equipment
• Holding a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• Great driving record ( MVR record will be checked to ensure compliance with insurance requirements)
• At least 2 years of experience of installing all types of mechanical and HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings
• EPA certificate
• Effective verbal/written communication in English
• Effective customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
• AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE USA
