Seeking experienced lead electricians for ongoing high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West LA, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and surrounding areas. These full-time positions offer steady work, a professional environment, and the opportunity to perform a wide range of custom electrical and lighting installations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of electrical experience in residential or commercial environments
- California Electrician Certification preferred, but not required
- Experience with Lutron lighting systems, Control4, or other smart lighting/home automation platforms preferred but not required
- Must have the willingness and ability to learn new lighting control systems and custom installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of NEC and CEC
- Clean, organized, detail‑oriented workmanship — especially important for custom work
- Must have their own tools
- Must have their own reliable transportation
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
- Open to learning new methods and accepting feedback
- Comfortable working across multiple job locations
- Availability for after-hours service calls when needed
