Hiring experienced window and door installation helper

We are looking for an experienced helper/apprentice level employee for a window and door installation company in St. Petersburg.
MUST have experience with construction and preferably window and door installation type projects.
We prefer those who have worked with Florida impact window and doors before.
Candidate must have excellent attendance, this is a priority for this position.
We are family owned, only work locally and we do not work weekends.
We require a strong work ethic and ability to work to become part of an established team of installers. We are seeking a team player type of candidate.
This isn’t the type of job where being on your phone during the day is possible or acceptable. The candidate will be responsible to assist and support lead installers with various helper duties associated with residential remodeling and construction scopes of work while learning more about this trade.
This is a difficult job, as it’s working outside in the Florida summer heat and requires assisting with lifting heavy windows and doors to assist the installers and shop staff. Additionally, the job requires standing for the majority of the work shift.
This is not an entry level position, but it is a helper/assistant and support staff position requiring some experience with this type of work and work environment.
