We are currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented siding subcontractor crews to partner with us for steady, year-round work (weather permitting) throughout Orland Park and the surrounding suburbs.

Crew Requirements:

• Size: Must be an established 2- to 4-person crew.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven experience installing Vinyl, LP SmartSide, and James Hardie siding.
• Manufacturer Specs: All installations must be done strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. No cutting corners.
• Quality & Cleanliness: You must share our commitment to high-quality workmanship and leave every job site spotless at the end of the day.
• Equipment: Must have your own reliable transportation (truck/van), scaffolding, brakes, and professional-grade tools.
• Insurance: Must carry current General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance.
• Professionalism: Good communication skills and respectful behavior around homeowners are mandatory.
